Target

I will say the worker who brought out my order for drive up was nice and quick. However, my order was full of old salad mixes that were brown and slimy. Tried calling customer service to see if anything could be swapped or replaced and they kept hanging up on me. I never go inside, it's always a disaster. I guess now pick ups aren't an option either. This target is a convenient location but I will drive out of my way to not have to shop here again.

Lines for check out are EXTREMELY LONG recently. I used to brag about the customer service and fast check out process and now Target is worse than Walmart (which means TERRIBLE). There were basket of items all over the store and blocking shelves making it difficult to find, reach and obtain items on my list. I got frustrated and only got 1/12 items only because I was completely out of it. Then stood in line for 45 minutes to check out the one item.

This store is a disaster. The manager should be terminated for letting it get to the point of absolute ruin. Constant huge lines, unshelled stock all over the sales floor, messy shelves. I walked in one evening to exactly 6 carts available…everything else was spilling all over the lot. Embarrassing when I went with friends from out of town who, after about 5 minutes, said it was the worst Target they’ve ever been to.

Went to Target for a quick shopping trip on a Thursday afternoon and ended up facing an unsatisfying experience. The store was crowded, lines were long, and the items I needed were no where to be found when they were supposed to be in stock. Not to mention the clothing department had random pallets of soda that looked like they might tip over. Anyways, when I tried to use the fitting room to try on a sweater, I found a couple of girls waiting, but there was no employee in sight. One of the girls had been waiting for about 15 minutes, I asked an employee doing an order pickup if she could call for assistance. She used her walkie-talkie and assured us that someone would help shortly, although I didn't hear any confirmation from the other end. She then left without waiting for further feedback. I eventually managed to try on the sweater. However, when I headed to the checkout lanes, the line was so long that it took me another 10 minutes to finally check out. I've been to other Target stores where they call for backup every 5 minutes and keep the sales floor running smoothly, but this particular Target was a disappointment, to say the least.

Left the store 5 min ago for picking up an online order. All to wait for the 1 lady at the counter to help an older couple look for and order items on their phone and she completely ignored the growing line of people returning and picking up items. I asked a cashier to call for help for her, & asked someone that said they don't actually work for target. Meanwhile the lady at the returns station was still chatty with them about a sweater or something. Finally after waiting longer than a customer should, I got my item and went to browse the store to find it looking ransacked. Complete chaos. How? Why? Is Target the new Walmart?

I am a frequent shopper at this location. A few times I have come to have concerns with the manager that works in the mid day. She is rude an needs to be retrained on customer service values. This location is messy and shelves are empty. Some of the care team will look at you crazy if you ask for help. I am very disappointed with this locations work ethic.

This location is a mess. Their clothing section, in particular is unorganized, not tidy and not pleasurable to shop in. Other areas aren't as bad, but why can the Munster & St. John locations get that section right? Also, one of the managers is an absolute witch (with a B). She is not friendly AT ALL! A few of the cashiers are an absolute pleasure to talk to and so friendly-I wonder how they stick around...
